FACTORY SHOP ATTENDANT
REPORTING TO ​: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ To assist walk-in customers with inquiries as well as product information.
▪ To order required goods from the dispatch for sale in the Factory Shop.
▪ To process customer transactions accurately including handling of cash and other forms of payment.
▪ Monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock requirements.
▪ Resolving customer complaints professionally and providing customer feedback.
▪ Distribution of Staff Welfare to employees.


Qualifications and Experience
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience ​​: At least 2 years’ experience as a merchandiser or a till operator
Qualifications ​: 5 O’levels, or a Certificate in Merchandising
Skills​​​: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail.
: Ability to provide exceptional customer services
