Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of leveraging marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers. This role will initially be a hands-on position, with the potential to transition into a supervisory role as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Utilize marketing expertise to create and execute campaigns that generate leads.
• Engage with potential clients through social media and other digital platforms to promote the company.
• Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our security solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide future sales team members as the department grows.
