A renowned construction company seeks to recruit 4 suitably qualified Land Surveyors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Setting out
2. Conduct detailed structural surveys of buildings and other infrastructure.
3. Assess structural integrity and identify defects or areas requiring maintenance.
4. Prepare comprehensive survey reports and documentation.
5. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide technical guidance.
6. Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to gather data.
7. Taking proper care of survey equipment
8. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications & Attributes:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
2. Registered member of Zimbabwe Institute of Geomatics
3. Professional certification is a plus.
4. Knowledge in SHEQ Legal Requirements and the Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) an added advantage
5. Minimum 5 years of experience in structural works or related roles.
6. Proficiency in surveying software and tools e.g. model maker, civil 3d, AutoCAD.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
