A renowned utilities company seeks to recruit a suitably qualified Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Establish and implement planned maintenance for all company equipment and client installations.
2. Develop and design new products and services.
3. Design and carry out installations on Water Treatment, Electricals and Solar PV systems.
4. Supervise and commission utilities installations.
5. Develop timeous proposals and respond to RFQs.
6. Plan, coordinate and implement refuse collection programs.
7. Prepare service operational reports and record customer complaints.
8. Supervise and control work activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and requirements.

Qualifications & Attributes:
1. Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
2. Knowledge in PV Solar Systems, Water Engineering and Project Management is an added advantage.
3. Knowledge in SHEQ Legal Requirements and the Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) an added advantage.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
5. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
