Nakiso Borehole Drilling is looking for a confident ,creative and energetic Marketer (1) who will compliment our existing teams. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the below positions.

Duties and Responsibilities
MARKETER (1)
❖ Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
❖ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
❖ Create compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements.
❖ Manage digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
❖ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
❖ Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with other organizations.
❖ Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to optimize marketing strategies.
❖ Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI.
❖ Develop and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
❖ Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and sponsor-ships.
❖ Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
❖ Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
❖ Support sales team with marketing materials and collateral as needed.
❖ Foster a positive and engaging brand image through all marketing channels.


Qualifications and Experience
Marketer Requirements
❖ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
❖ Minimum of 5years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
❖ Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques.
❖ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
❖ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
❖ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
❖ Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
❖ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
❖ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
❖ Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
❖ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
❖ Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
❖ Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
❖ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
❖ Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.
