Property Negotiators
Job Description
Our client in the Real Estate Industry is looking for highly motivated, dedicated and innovative individuals to join the organization as property negotiators who are prepared to work on 100% commission.
Duties and Responsibilities
To source properties for management and collaborate with clients to identify their property needs and preferences.
2. To maintain an all business as may have been sourced and awarded to the organization.
3.To obtain all the necessary information in relation to any properties that may have been obtained
4. To assist in the drafting of valid agreements of sale for the management and or sales of properties as obtained.
5. To negotiate sales and or management contracts in the best interests of the parties involved.
6. To at all times promote, advance and protect the image and brand of the company.
7. Communicate with prospective and actual clients on any issues relating to property sales and management and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow estate agents and other industry professionals.
8. Channel any business obtained on behalf of the company to the relevant department or personnel with the competency, mandate and ability to manage and execute such business
9. Marketing the business of the company ethically
10. Attending industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
11. Keep up to date with real estate regulations, trends, and best practices.
12. Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
Mature
+Aged between 25 – 40 years.
+Fluent in English and Ndebele Language.
+MUST own a vehicle and a laptop.
+Minimum educational requirement of 5 O-levels.
+Postgraduate qualification
in real estate, town planning or urban rural development.
+ Experience in sales, administration, banking and insurance is an added advantage.
