A Material Science Engineering manufacturing company seeks to hire an efficient, well-organized, self-motivated, dynamic, and multi-skilled individual to join our organization in the position listed below. The selected incumbent will be based at our Harare Factory Office.

Post: Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
• Analyzing market trends and assisting with corporate marketing strategies.
• Expanding the company to new markets in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Planning and presenting detailed product and service presentations that show potential clients product information, pricing and benefits
• Scheduling appointments with potential clients and selling company products and services
• Attending site assessment meetings and representing the company in all respects.
• Proposing innovative promotional activities and implementing rolling out the plan to both existing and potential clients.
• Preparing and presenting accurate proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers
• Establishing and maintaining an updated customer data base.
• Ensuring timely delivery of customer orders and managing client relations.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Present written sales visit reports soon after visits.
• Provide monthly sales reports to senior management


Qualifications and Experience
• A Degree in Sales and Marketing in the first or upper-second-class category.
• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in field sales.
• A strict requirement for candidates with exposure to selling products and services related to construction, road construction industry products, paints and coatings, and materials industries.
• Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set sales objectives.
• An IMM professional qualification (Diploma in Marketing Management) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Clean class 4 drivers’ license.
