Job Description
• Designing daily ,weekly and monthly guard supervision schedules covering all contract sites.
• Carrying out spot checks and imprompt visits to ensure that deployed security guards are executing their duties in line with client expectations.
• To ensure all guards have been deployed timeously
• Investigating and preparing investigations report on all incidents occuring on client sites.
• Conducting safety and security surveys.
• Taking an active role in the improvement of service qaulity by seeking to establish and understand customer requirements and specifications and ensure operatives are able to meet them.
• ensure that all security guards comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and experience
• A Marketing qaulification,knowledge or background will be an added advantage
• Clean class 4/2 drivers license
• Experience in riding a motorbike
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position or experience in the country's national security sector at the rank of an inspector or equivalent and above.
