Service Advisor
• At least a Diploma in Automotive Technology, Business Administration
• At least 2 years of experience in a service advisory role in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive service industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures (completion of manufacturer-specific training programs (e.g. Mazda, Isuzu, Ford, Toyota).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including service management software and customer relationship management tools
